Our prices are to be used as a guide only, prices vary dependent on hair length, texture and condition and which stylist you see. These prices are subject to change should services require extra time or product. Afterpay is available for purchases over $50.

A 72hr cancellation and rescheduling notice is required or a cancellation/reschedule fee of 50% will be charged. Invoices will be sent out to your email on file and you will have 3 business days to finalise payment. As a small business we strongly adhere to our cancellation policy, please get in touch if you have any further questions around this.

Dry offs are included in all colour services.

Quotes cannot be provided over the phone, via email or socials. You will be quoted prior to the commencement of your services or during a consultation which can be selected through our online booking system.

Until you have received a confirmation email from us your appointment has not been confirmed and changes may be necessary to the services that you have selected, depending on timing. On the rare occasion appointments may need to be rescheduled, please ensure the details you enter online are correct.

Paloma Roan offer adjustments within a two week period following your appointment, on the unlikely occasions that you’re unhappy with your service with us. The adjustments will be provided by the same stylist, if another is requested the full charge will apply. Beyond this two week period adjustments will be full price.
